All I can say is...WOW! I've been to a few past life regressions in the past, but it was a group setting as well as an individual session many years back. This experience was much more in depth, personal, precise, and thorough and helped me answer so many un answered questions that have been on my mind for years. I had only one healing session with Stef, it was in May this year and i felt so inspired and curious about the idea of connection in this way.

When the session began, I was laying down on my bed and was trying to be relaxed, as he told me, because my body was under pressure.
I was just trying to focus on my body, to feel myself like i am a wing and i can let him establish a contact with my energy.

I felt the first emotion from him after the 3rd minute, it was like a warm touching on my hand, it happened suddenly and i was sure that this was the first sign of our connection. Then just for a while i felt something on my feet, like tickling, but after that comes the interesting.

I was with closed eyes, and i had a vision for two strange silhouettes. The one was on a male hand which was white and the another was a man with very lush hair, his silhouette was black like a negative from photography, he was looking at me then he flew away. I think it was the spirit of someone I used to know and is no longer in an embodiment.

After that i was feeling that beautiful energy is coming out of my solar plexus and something pulled me from the upper side of my body and it’s rising me up.
The position of my body had changed, my head lifted and my neck was in straight position.

Then i felt that i am walking somewhere with Stef, talking with him and knowing him better, i felt his presence, like i know exactly how he looks like and i can recognize his aura.

After that i heard a drop, it fell on my pillow, next to me.

At the last 10 minutes i felt myself in a complete nirvana.

The most impressive for me was that during the session (which lasted 30 minutes), when i was with closed eyes, i felt how the weather outside has changed a few times, it was like a strange energy that it’s coming to embrace me, it started a huge storm outside in the darkness, but when we finished the session, the weather was quiet as usual again.

After that we spoke on the phone for a while, discussing my experience.

I feel so grateful for that opportunity and i hope i will have the chance to make it again!

I had my two distance healing sessions in May and June and the experience was very powerful. I was skeptical at first, as I live in Europe. I wasn't sure if I "have what it takes" to get the healing. Stef explained to me that there is nothing preventing people from interacting with the healing frequencies and that "being worthy or not worthy" is a misconception of our human minds. He said, that for the Universal intelligence, everyone is equal and so everyone is able to submerge into the healing frequencies if they allow their expectations to step aside. On my first session I even heard some of my furniture in the room crack! On my second session I had very strong physical sensations. I felt warmth in my hands and tickling sensations up and down my spine. I was trying to stay awake, as the piece I felt throughout the session made me sleepy. Later on he told me, if I felt sleepy, then I should have not tried to control it. That was part of my expectations and I should have just let go and be!

Every person is different and some may have very strong physical sensations, some may have visuals, some smells and some may have all and more... Whatever it is, it is meant for you! Where to begin? Wow. I want to thank Stef for an incredible experience. I was skeptical at first, but after our first session my belief in Reconnective Healing has re-opened my eyes into the power of energy and its healing properties.

Stef was professional from beginning to end. He explained to me about what our first session would entail and followed-up with our “debriefing”.

During our session, in the beginning I felt awkward just laying on his table. But after I few moments I was able to feel sensation that he labeled as “registers”. I’m still amazed at the sensations I felt and was initially confused by them. But as I relaxed and allowed them to happen, they then seemed to just flood in. My eyes would flutter randomly, sometimes my arm or fingers or leg would twitch. Most notable was the feeling of warmth that would hit my face during our session – it was very comforting actually.

Later that evening and the next few days, I would lay by myself similarly trying to see if these “registers” would re-appear (by laying down quietly on my bed), and I was unable to duplicate them. I firmly believe that Stef was able to help me receive this energy.

I know that since our first session, I have been able to fall asleep faster and longer than before (I’ve suffered from insomnia since 2018 and would only get 1 to 3 hours of sleep a night, now I’m up to about 5 hours per night), and I just feel happier. Is this for everyone, I do not know. But for me, I know this is something truly awesome and everyone really should give this a shot. What do you have to lose? And Stef explained to me that this can also be done remotely, so what is better than being able to receive healing from the comforts of your own home? I truly am a supporter now.
